Paper
Our road map in preparation for advanced LIGO/VIRGO in 2015 and a science case for the next generation of ground/space gravitational wave detectors as well as those capable of detecting electromagnetic counterparts.
Each of the Six sections will address the following
- What is the state of the art knowledge? (what we know and what we believe)
- What are the big questions? (what we want to know)
- Guide the needs of detectors/analyses/source models
- Provide rules of thumb (scaling laws, ...)
